Facets and automatic annotation for custom entities

Is there any option to automatically annotate documents based on facets (group of entities) or entities?

We have a list of ~1M documents and we would like to quickly find the connections between few entries (people, companies and custom 2 other entities).

Is it something that can be done, or do we need to manually annotate all documents?
