New tag for HF MC anchored to 2018 PbPb

Here the change in this tag needed for ALIROOT-8208, ALIROOT-8209:

New tag - prod-201903-01 needed for MC anchored to PbPb 2018 (HIJING tuned to data)

Tag prod-201902-01 needed for muon_calo pass3 for 18r (and some MC)

Hello,
This tag is needed for the muon_calo pass3 of the 38 runs affected by issues in the EMCAL raw data. Additionally, there are changes for LF and HF MC productions.
In detail, it contains:

• Adding optional percentage of subjobs that use signal filtering (for embedding)
• Change logic
• activate fraction option only in case the signal filtering is on + change defaults to no filtering
• New single muons parametrisation for PbPb 5TeV (LHC18r)
• Print complete histo name in output stream
• auto-disable ADA PMT shielding if year<2017

Tag for PbPb PPass processing: prod-20181201

Hello,

This is to tag AliDPG for PbPb PPass.

Changes:

• Centrality dependent HF injection (LMee)
• Adding new LMee generator (exact copy of 2016 pp custom macro)
• Removing JPsi part (+ removing production specific comments)
• Adding debug option to dpgsim (first use case: do not delete original ESDs and galics files when using signal filtering in embedding mode)
• raw2clust will support special reco mode in cpass0

Tag for PbPb processing: prod-201811-07

This is mainly to fix an issue with MeanVertex update in CPass0 of 18r: CPass0 should be skipped, like 18q.

Hello,

We need this tag as in prod-201811-05 not everything was there, so in the end it is equivalent to prod-201811-04. Here we will have:

• Incorporating the check for the integrity of the ResTree in the script ( #211) --> this is the important change for processing
• Merge pull request #213 from pillot/UpsilonParam
• change pT shape parameters
• Fix: use tighter TRD tolerances for lhc18q only (#212) --> needed for pp (and RelVal)
