What

Add an indicator showing how far through the tutorial someone is (e.g. page numbers/breadcrumbs).

Why

As a new user, I want to fully understand what steps I have taken and what steps still remain, so that I do not miss anything that may cause me an issue later

Another approach would be sub navigation - showing all the pages in the tutorial, something like the GOV.UK guidance pattern:
