[BUG] Pasting into the URL box is broken

Current Behavior

If you highlight a substring of text in the URL box, and then paste over it, the behavior isn't expected.

Expected Behavior

In GraphQL mode, highlight a portion of the URL and attempt to replace it by pasting.

The expected behavior is for only the highlighted portion to be replaced.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to GraphQL mode
2. Set a URL
3. Highlight a portion of that URL (like the URL path or the subdomain)
4. "Paste to replace"

- OS: macOS Sequoia 15.0.1 / Apple M3 Pro
- Browser: Arc
- Platform:
- Version: Latest as of this ticket's creation timestamp
