Add Home Assistant Chart to ArgoCD
Configure & Deploy Home Assistant Chart
PV for home assistant
Figure out how to extend the chart (create own?)
Figure out how to setup credentials?
Investigate backups and restore + velero integration
Setup backups for database volume

I'm not sure if it's worth getting all of this setup as IaC, maybe just having the initial deployment and persistence setup will be fine.
