Clean up kaThopaniShad file #3

As part of expanding texts available on ambuda, clean up kaThopaniShad TEI file(Filename: sa_kathopaniSad.xml).

As part of clean up following corrections have been made:

Added 6 <div> blocks for each section of the text. (There are a total of 6 sections in the text and they are called vallis).
Assigned unique IDs to each verse by adding xml:id attribute to each <lg> block.
Some of the pādās were not wrapped in the corresponding verses' <lg> block. Corrected those.
Closing statements of each section was wrapped in <p> tags. Changed them to <trailer>

I have tested the file in my local setup. It renders fine on the UI.

I have raised a PR for the same.
