The GitHub PR integration would be useful to wrap into a GH Action hook: https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/dependabot/working-with-dependabot/automating-dependabot-with-github-actions . The Action would download a Linux/amd64 prebuilt binary release and execute against the current workflow reference, reporting workflow success/failure based on exit status and leaving a comment in case of failure. Action users would hook this in to Pull Request events authored by Dependabot.
