Still struggling with "cycling bluetooth hardware on hci0"

Hello! Trying to launch this so promising software on old 2010 macmini runnning ubuntu, with no success...
The only vital idicator I succeed with, is receiving "online" message on the mqtt broker side.
In the logs there are lots of "cycling bluetooth hardware on hci0. please wait a moment..." and nothing else.
