Timeout should probably be an on layout ready

Background

In a conversation, your plugin came up:

• I have Soundscapes enabled, but I'm blocking YouTube.
• The time it takes your plugin to timeout is misreported by Obsidian, attributing it to other plugins sometimes (in my case it was my plugin Note Toolbar, but I can reproduce with others).
• At the end of the convo, it was suggested that your timeout be relocated (though I'm not sure this will do anything to help the above point).
