404 error on Espresso Tests link in introduction #129

Bug description: After clicking on "Espresso Tests" hyperlink on https://github.com/android/topeka/#readme in Chrome browser a 404 error appears.

Repro steps:

go to https://github.com/android/topeka/#readme
scroll down to readme.markdown section
click on "Espresso Tests" hyperlink
404 Page appears
Results:
This is the 404 page that appears http://google.github.io/android-testing-support-library

Expected results:
Clicking on the URL link should be accessible and bring me to a webpage that supports android espresso testing. I think possibly this page? https://developer.android.com/training/testing/espresso

OS: Mac 10.15.4
Device: MacBook Pro
Browser: Chrome version 81.0.4044.113
