win10下pulseaudio 是个麻烦，经常启动失败 #1

wsl: ubuntu1804

脚本确实执行了，但是pulseaudio并没有启动。

最后尝试把脚本和pulseaudiio.exe加入任务，在系统启动时执行，但是pulseaudio还是没有启动成功。

最后尝试手动点击启动pulseaudio，也是偶尔成功，并不能保证一直好用。
