Namada: IBC -> Transfer Status screen

After any type of transfer is initiated, a screen displaying the transaction status should appear.

Users should be able to leave this screen while the transfer is processed in parallel and later access the status through the transaction history tab.

Different status types can be displayed, so the component responsible for handling this should be highly flexible. For example, one status might involve the generation of ZK proofs, which could take some time to process.
