Login Page - Hardcoded Copyright Year

What happened?

Hey @anuragverma108 . This issue reports that the copyright year in the login page footer is currently hardcoded. This means the year needs to be manually updated every year, which can be inconvenient.
We propose changing the copyright year to a dynamic value that automatically reflects the current year.

Please add the gssoc labels and I would like to work on it under GSSOC'24. Thank you!!
