./drools-compiler/src/main/resources/META-INF/drools-processes-5.0.xsd

This is for .rf file (rule flow). It's no longer supported since drools 8. We should clean-up it. There some .rf files in test resources which are not used, too.

Note: The below PRs moved SemanticModule from drools to kogito-runtimes/jbpm
