About "submit to ShardingSphere community on Github", do you mean exactly this github repository - i.e. just create issues like what I have done?

I have heard that apache or shardingsphere uses email to communicate. So shall I use email as well? Or, is there anything like slack?

With my previous experiments on Vitess (CNCF graduated project), I found that the community on Vitess are not very reactive... Many questions have no answer. So I am worried whether ShardingSphere is similar.
