How can i update schemas metadata to zookeeper when i create new table in database?

You can execute CREATE TABLE statement via JDBC or Proxy, ShardingSphere will refresh metadata automatically.

Can I trigger it manually? I can listen for config changes from Nacos, and then use MetaDataPersistService.persistConfigurations to sync the config to ZooKeeper, but it only updates the rule.
