[chart]sort legends by name or custom sort

Legends label is not sorted in the same order every time, it depends on count

ie:
Visualization Type: Pie Chart
Metric: COUNT_DISTINCT(unitId)
The count of unitId will determin the sort of legends/labels
The sort order will change over time as the unitId count changes.
Not posible to have static order of legends/labels

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Posible to sort in alphabetical order
2. Dictate sort based on label names (query result)

I would also like to have the ability to determine the sorting order of the legends in the chart types that can have legends. This is especially useful when working i.e. with data buckets or categories that express a certain gradation (e.g. "minor damage", "considerable damage", "heavy damage" etc).

It would be nice to have this in a future update. :-)

+1. My use case - I have a time series chart for number of active accounts count grouped by products (~10 of them). I'd like to sort the legend and tooltips by the current active accounts count. I have a calculated field for that and it works fine for sorting an aggregated table, but does nothing in terms of ordering series in the legend and tooltips. 🤷

I agree this problem persists in 4.0.0. Here's a particularly egregious legend sort, it's hard to hunt for a particular station # when they are not in alphabetical order:

Mixed chart also does not support reordering of the legend labels. Line chart has this feature as can be see in the picture below

Can something similar be done for mixed charts? (Maybe treat both queries separately).

+1. On dashboards, adjacent charts with identical legend values are not guaranteed to have the legend values in the same order. Not harmonious design.
