Desk Reservation Power App - How to make the Calendar component instance clickable #126

Hi April,
I'm adopting your Desk Reservation template to design one for my company. As I'm creating a response design and want to take advantage of some of the Modern controls and responsive templates, I've had to recreate the Calendar component in my environment. Copying the code and using the same variable names worked as I wanted it to match with your code.

When I insert an instance of the component into my screen however, I can't seem to get the left/right arrows to become clickable. Is there anything I'm missing? I thought the calendar display date (January 2019) should also change to today's date (November 20203). I didn't think I should be doing anything else apart from changing the custom properties If I so wish.

I then went into your original template to test with a new blank screen where I inserted another instance but I got the same experience; couldn't select a date and calendar will not change the date when I click on the left/right arrow buttons.

Just wondering if there is a step or something I'm missing......

Thanks
