Can't get Sonoff ZBPro to work

I asked this on the gmail-group, but there I was told to ask here, so here it is.
First : I tried to flash the zigbee-chip manaully after flashing tasmota on the device, but that does not help.
Now I also activated mqtt, so there will be that in the logs too.
So I did weblog 3 and restart 1 and here is the resulting log :

A remark : I have a second sonoff-zb-pro (working fine but a few months older) and when I start that, the console does not show that (PSRAM) on the first line.

The firmware is fine. The zigbee coordinator refuses to start, most certainly because the PanID is already is use. You must have put the same configuration as the other coordinator which is in conflict. Use zbconfig to change PanID

OK, that worked, but I thought that PanID would be generated randomly, based on the MAC-address of the ESP. At least according to the documentation.

Yes it is supposed to generate random PanID. Maybe there is a bug here.
What was your PanID?

Unfortunately, I don't know. I issued zbconfig when the device already timed out, so I only got an error-response. Then I rebooted the device and immediately configured another PanID. Then it worked.
