Describe the bug

The "Terms of Use" button in the footer is supposed to open a page showing the "Terms of Use". However, it is not functioning as expected.

What happened?

The "Terms of Use" button in the footer is not redirecting to the "Terms of Use" page. Instead, it does nothing.

Expected behavior

Clicking the "Terms of Use" button in the footer should open a dedicated page detailing the "Terms of Use".
