Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

Om click of the two buttons no change happens and the quantity remains 1.

What happened?

We cannot increase or decrease the quantity of items on the my cart page by clicking the buttons.

Expected behavior

Assign this task to me and I can add proper functionalities to these buttons.
