Unable to run multiple image measurement

Hi,

I am facing some issues with the multiple image measurement module on LabestoROI. After specifying the path when I am hitting on run, the FIJI completely shuts down.

Can you please help me with this?

Hi, Ariel,

I am encountering issues when using the LabeltoROI tool for multiple image measurements. Specifically, only some of the images get processed, and the results are inconsistent. For example, when processing 6 images, only 1 is processed successfully. However, if I process just 2 of those same images, both get processed. When attempting to process 72 images, 36 are processed and measured.

Could you please help me understand the possible reasons for this behavior? Is there a limit to the number of images that can be processed at once? What is the best practice for using LabeltoROI with multiple images?
