Fiji crashes

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to obtain the ROI from a mask image (8bit) generated with cellpose.

• I select single image
• Load the mask .png (8bit)
  and as soon as I click on next, fijii is crashing and closing

Sorry for the delayed answer. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the plugin. Are you using FIJI or Image? Could you send the label image?

Dear Ariel, I installed the plug in in another computer (Windows) and there is working super nice. I have now idea why on my Mac is not working, but it is fine. Thank you very much, the plugin is very very useful! have a nice day, cheers, Tea
