Add proper markdown support to ais text fields

For certain fields that come from the AIS we should support customizations such as header syntax, bold, strikethrough, underline and maybe link from the markdown specification. An example of this is the recruitment page in the role descriptions.

Right now this has a basic feature checking if there is an "#", in that case it is rendering that the text a little larger with bold. This should be more dynamic and work for different sizes of # (h1), ## (h2) ### (h3)
