Selecting of Dupes where the Filename Indicates a Copy

When we are de-duplicating often duplicate files contain a suffix like:

1. Filename-1
2. Filename-2
3. Filename_1
4. Filename_2
5. Filename-Copy
6. File-PCName

It would be nice to automatically select the dupes by a prioritized list of criteria that the user can adjust:

1. Creation Date is older or newer
2. File size is smaller or larger.
3. Filename has a suffix that indicates a copy.
4. Filename is in an Upper or Lower Directory.
