mega_train and test.csv (Datasets) can't be downloaded

I tried downloading the raw files of the datasets inside the data folder but it is not getting downloaded. When I tried to view the files, it said "This site can't be reached". I even tried downloading it with 'urllib' but could only fetch the HTML structure of the page. Kindly provide us with the datasets. It will be of great help. Thank you.
