Describe the issue
In case we want to poll again the data (within the retention period), we should give the possibility to reset the stream offsets. Two cases should be implemented:

  • come back to previous alert
  • come back to the beginning of the stream

Done for the Data Transfer service -- but needs to be updated for the livestream
