Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In #877, we create a notebook tutorial for OCR. Maybe we should also add it to the test case.

Create a new notebook unit test under https://github.com/asyml/forte/tree/master/tests/forte/notebooks to cover the code in OCR tutorial
