occasional 403 when uploading logs

doesn't happen always or with all logs, idk what is it based on but it happens with a log i'm currently trying to upload and generally still happens if i slightly change it, but works with a completely different text file
it has been happening to me for a while very rarely, like at least for a year, and iirc before it just fixed itself after some time
uploading through the api also currently isn't working: output.txt ; code: test.txt (github doesn't allow uploading .py files sry)
also doesn't seem to be ip-based since i'm currently able to reproduce it from two unrelated ips

It looks like some requests are blocked by Cloudflare even though they shouldn't. I've made some changes to our Cloudflare settings to hopefully resolve this issue.
