apkam public key for storing which apps can approve enrollment #2014

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When a new app or a client requests for an enrollment, there is no information currently available for the user to know which apps can approve the enrollment

Describe the solution you'd like

Store a public hidden key which stores information about apps which have approving privilege.
Structure to store the information
List of json containing these metadata for an approving app - appName, deviceName, namespaces.
