# Title: donkey
# Description: donkey is a Python3 script that removes the specified number of lines from the tail of a file
# Author: Andrew T. Withers (atw31337@gmail.com)
#############################################################################################################
Usage: donkey -n <NUM> [OPTION]... <INPUT FILE>
-o <FILE> Output file
-n <NUM> Output all lines except the last n number of lines
-e Edit input file. Overwrites the original file. Cannot be used with -o
There is no default number of lines to be removed; therefore, the -n option must be specified. The output can
be saved to file using either -o OR -e. -o will overwrite the specified output file if it already exists or
create the file if it does not. -e will overwrite the original input file with the output of the command.
If neither output option is selected, then the output is written to stdout.
