Blender Download URL Issues #273

The Blender download recipe is failing, and when I try to visit the download URL I get a 404.

The blender.org servers are experiencing a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack since last weekend.

As a result, many of the official Blender sites are currently down. The team is working on a solution.
