GIMP recipe 404 error #98

Just to report: the GIMP.download recipe is currently failing. Hopefully it’s a temporary issue. The recipe uses a file in https://download.gimp.org/pub/gimp/stable/ to determine the current version, but unfortunately the file is currently reporting 2.10.6, but the latest available for macOS is 2.10.4.

So, I don’t know whether it’s worth changing the recipe or just waiting for them to release 2.10.6 for Mac.

v2.10.6 is available for macOS now, however they've made some questionable changes...

The above PR should hopefully fix the issue.

I've submitted a newer fix that should also address this issue: #203
