Can the stages flow be configured? i.e run only 1st obfuscation and then minifcation

Hey,
Yes, I thought of that, it would be great.
I can also add a flag that specifies the level of obfuscation and minification (like hashing rounds in hashing algorithms).

I think the default behaviour should stay the same, with an optional flag of 1 obfuscation and minification (with shallow obfuscation).
