Issue adding validation error message to the question group form element

Describe the bug
The validation for question group doesn't seem to work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Try creating a question group
2. Add a validation check for the question group form element (not to its child)
3. Check if it works in the client app

Expected behavior
Client should throw a validation error and should not move to the next screen

Tried on prerelease now I am able to write a rule but validation is not working for that question group....Beulah Demo org and user user@beulah
password is password

@vinayvenu this should not be done 4.0.0, we should do it in to early part of 5.0.0 (changing this code is not simple)

Moving to 6.0.0. 5.0.0 looks busy right now.
