No welcome -> not nice. No logs -> no diagnosis. Direct driven Neopixel LEDs from RPi -> no support, use HyperSerialESP32 since you've got one esp32. But if you insist: |

Thanks! There are currently no HyperHDR v20 SD images and I don't know if they will be available at all in the future: Raspberry Pi OS has recently undergone some changes and it appears to be locked to only use the official Raspberry Pi Imager, so use that first to install the system operating system (lite, aarch64, bookworm). Don't forget to set Wi-Fi, create a pi user and enable ssh in its options. Then ssh into the RPi and install the v20beta installers from the Github Action tab: #561 (reply in thread) |

I've been using HyperHDR on a Raspberry Pi 3b+ driving 230 LEDs on a 6812 strip. It's been working perfectly for 2 years.
Suddenly, the LEDs won't light.
I suspected hardware failure, but the LED strip works when driven by WLED on an ESP32. I can see that HyperHDR is receiving video correctly through the web interface. I've replaced the Pi with a new one and installed HyperHDR on a new SD card. Still no joy. No matter which GPIO I assign, it still doesn't work.
Just in case I messed up the settings, can anyone please post an LED configuration that works with 6812s?
Or if anyone has any ideas of what I can try next, I would greatly appreciate it.
Many thanks.
