Getting 403 when trying to download install script

Hi, I have a number of AWS CodePipelines in eu-west-1 that is getting a 403 error when running the curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -sSf https://raw.githubusercontent.com/aws-cloudformation/cloudformation-guard/main/install-guard.sh | sh command to install cfn-guard.

The error is:
curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 403
error attempting to download from the github repository

I am wondering if anything has changed in the Github repo setting that would cause this? This issue is only started today.
