I received a notification from Cloudformation about v1 maintenance mode. How do I find a CDK v1 Stack?

Recently received following message from AWS, I am not able to figure out which CF stack was deployed using CDK V1, is there command to find out this info? or any indication AWS Console to find out this info?

"You are receiving this notification because you currently have at least one CloudFormation Stack deployed using version 1 of the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK). "
