How do I customize a handler for parsing return values in SDK

equirement: Currently, the objects we are docking with store all interfaces the same as S3. The worst thing is that the time format they return is not in accordance with the S3 standard. I want to customize the handler to solve this problem
They also only support v2 signatures

        endpoint := "endpoint"
