SageMaker Experiments v0.1.36 release!

Changes:

  • improve logging and retry of trial add/remove TC test
  • fix trial documentation
  • black format fix
  • generate docs during CI
  • fix doc generation
  • retry association tests
  • add retry config for integration tests
  • Use SageMaker default bucket
  • Fix MNIST data location, add os import
