BLKFINISHZONE is missing from older versions of the Android NDK header files. Hence, define BLKFINISHZONE if it has not been defined and detect at runtime whether or not the kernel supports finishing zones. Signed-off-by: Bart Van Assche <bvanassche@acm.org>
