Using GitHub Actions

I have been playing with GitHub Actions and it covers our needs for the devops course from a CI/CD perspective.

And they are free to use in Open Source projects (and for public repositories). So unless a best proposal is presented, we will use GitHub Actions for our CI/CD pipelines (called workflows in Actions terminology).
