In lando migrate script add steps to check source site for specific modules so their counterpart in the destination site can be enabled. #122

Motivation

When running a migration, I need to do a cursory check of the source site to see if these modules are enabled.

uaqs_content_chunks_html
workbench_moderation

If they are enabled on the source site, I need to enable the following on the destination site.

az_paragraphs_html
content_moderation

Additionally, for content moderation I need to apply a patch and add some configuration
az-digital/az_quickstart#1797
