Ideally, this should be as simple as adding a test crash and confirming it shows up: https://firebase.google.com/docs/crashlytics/test-implementation?platform=android&authuser=0&hl=en

However, if that doesn't work, then we should investigate and fix whatever issue is preventing crashes from showing up.
