Describe the bug

Each Collection entity should have a link relationitems to the /collections/collectionId/items endpoint, but does not.

Expected behavior

per the STAC API - Features conformance class (https://api.stacspec.org/v1.0.0-beta.X/ogcapi-features), each Collection entity should have an items link relation to the endpoint /collections/collectionId/items.
