Landing page should advertise both GET and POST links for search #1152

Describe the bug
The Landing Page only has one link with rel=search.

Expected behavior
Since both GET and POST requests are supported for search, there should be two links in the Landing Page, one with method=GET and one with method=POST per https://github.com/radiantearth/stac-api-spec/blob/73f81522f016a783b39ce32f7e92d94dbe228e7a/item-search/README.md#link-relations
