Improvement

The STAC API tiles specification never really got rolling, so we should take it upon ourselves to add docs for how tiles work in Franklin.

Things to document are:

  • individual item raster tile requests + params + viewing
  • collection mosaic requests + params + viewing
  • collection MVT vector tile requests + params + viewing
  • the super cool geojon asset import interaction with the collection MVT vector tile requests
