Add Account Settings page

Overview

The wireframes imply an Account Settings page:

This is likely where user details such as Name, Phone Number, and Job Title reside.

Users should be able to edit those details. They should also be able to reset their password from this page.

@gatesgodin Can we get some rough wireframes for the Account Settings page please?

@rajadain I was imagining the cog would go to the Django admin settings, and we could add a user icon to go to the account settings. The account settings page has a section for user details / role, password reset and location access. I can remove some sections if you think that they belong on the Django side.
