Create a saved maps/charts tab

In conversation with a user, she expressed great interest in being able to save certain maps or indicator charts once the user has "dialed in" on what the most relevant information is. Consider creating a tab to save those charts and maps, enable users to add notes, and somehow create a download link on the dashboard.
