Nonblockable paths

Is the implementation missing for Non-blockable paths? It's possible I'm missing something: I see the place to configure it, but nothing in the main module file that uses that configuration setting.

This is intended to prevent the use of paths defined as non-blockable for validation values in the "Restricted path patterns" field. See the screenshot below.

There is a historical wording mismatch within this error message (under "Additional settings" below). I'll fix this when it's time for a new release.
